He has been instrumental in developing long term working relationships with the UK and USA MOD working on over 30 MOD sites over the past 6 years Strong Sales and Negotiation skills. A strong strategic planner who has building the Argon
brand through Responsible Strong Leadership, Relationship Management and People
Management skills. Adrian’s ethos is to integrate into both the clients and collaborative partners businesses with one goal, to deliver comprehensive utility and renewable solutions, delivering all projects on time and on budget.

Operations Director for Argon Utility Infrastructure. Craig started his career in the Gas industry 18 years ago on the NLGA. Starting out as a trainee he soon worked his way through the ranks and numerous training programmes and courses to soak up all the knowledge he now loves to share. Being an outstanding team leader and main layer had him recognised for his ability to lead and to manage projects. With this he moved into a role as project manager. Managing large scale schemes and projects delivering them on time and on budget. After a few years as manager, he was given the opportunity to become the Operations Director where he now over sees the whole operational requirements and needs of the business.

Danny joined Argon in February 2022, Danny has been in the utilities industry for 24 years, Starting out as an apprentice on Multi Lay working his way up through the relevant qualifications / stages to management. During his working years he has main involvement has been with Gas. From the start as mentioned just working on Multi Lay projects on nationwide Building sites right through to off site works including large diameter works, Ranging from low pressure up to medium pressure. Danny has also had a big involvement on IP projects across the country and also been leading project manager on Biomethane infrastructure projects in MP and IP. Danny thrives on building great client relationships and is very keen on face-to-face meetings where possible to build a trusting relationship with the client.

GIRS accredited Gas Designer with 8 years Gas Design & estimating experience and has worked in the Gas industry for over 15 years.

Senior Estimator and Designer
Jess joined the team in July 2017 as a Business Administrator. She very quickly worked her way up to become the Senior Business Administrator. Jess has also worked hard to expand her knowledge by completing further studies in accountancy through AAT and is working to become a fully qualified accountant. Alongside looking after the team, she runs the companies accounts. Jess has an extensive knowledge of the business and industry and has successfully managed numerous Gas, Water and Electric projects.

Beth joined the team in March 2019 following the completion of her business diploma at college. She joined as a Business Administrator Apprentice. Passing her course, she then went on to become a qualified Business Administrator and in 2021 moved into her current role of Senior Operations Administrator. Since then, she has gained an exceptional amount of knowledge surrounding the multi utilities industry. She has managed numerous successful Gas, Water and Electric projects. Beth recently completed her Gas Distribution Management course and is working towards becoming a Gas Manager.

Tameka joined the team in November 2021, as a Business Administrator. Working alonsgide the Adminstration team, She approaches all aspects of any job with a positive, hard-working mindset, and is passionate about helping find solutions to any challenges.

Ellie joined the Argon team in August 2022, as an Operations Administrator she works alongside the Operations and Administration team supporting day to day tasks but her main focus within the business is electrics. Ellie has been developing her knowledge within the electrical sector. Ellie is keen to learn more about the multi utilities industry and has become a vital team player within Argon.
